Arrivals, Cancellations & Other Considerations
Arrivals:
As we are a medical spa, we will require all new clients to fill out a new patient information form. On your first visit, please arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment time.
Late Arrivals:
A late arrival will deprive you of your treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so that other client’s sessions can begin on time.
Cancellations:
As our reserved appointments are held exclusively for you, we request a 24 hr cancellation notice. Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charge a $150.00 fee for holding the room and the specialist’s time.
Optional Care:
With some of our medically based treatments, a topical anesthetic cream is available and can be applied 20 minutes before your treatments. Please notify the front desk upon arrival if you would like this option.
Payment:
Lift Md aesthetics accepts cash, visa, mastercard and american express.
Consultations:
The standard consultation fee is $250. please call our office for details.
